What We Offer at FiiT House

FiiT Sessions

FiiT sessions alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with short bouts of rest, in a safe, enjoyable, and challenging atmosphere. 

Open Gym

Know exactly what you want and how to do get there?  During our pre-scheduled Open Gym hours, you are allowed full access to our main facility and unlimited use of its equipment.

Flex/R.O.M

Our Flexibility /R.O.M (range of motion) class focuses on muscular lengthening and relieving tension that accumulates throughout the daily grind. 

Mandate

If you are seeking to make health and fitness a priority, we are right here waiting. Regardless of fitness level, age, or body type, you ARE welcome in our house, and you CAN take part in the program. A welcoming staff will go above and beyond to ensure that your expectations are exceeded in an immaculately kept facility, and our expert trainers will be there to not only put you through a workout, but to ensure that you are learning proper fundamentals of exercise. Whether you are only beginning your fitness journey, or have been at it for years, each and every day we will strive to be the only gym membership you ever need.

Program

Our most important component can be found right in our name…FUNCTION. Every day, a new workout is carefully constructed with a specific purpose in mind. Muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core stability, and flexibility are the cornerstones of a great fitness regiment, and these are the pillars upon which our house is built. No two workouts are EVER the same, and as a result, your muscular and energy systems are never able to get into a true comfort zone (this is how plateaus happen). While engaging in a FiiT Session, your body is constantly forced to adapt and adjust to the new demands. The result: metabolism is elevated and calories expenditure is increased long after you walk out the door
